Morning Montreal

Hey...Hey... who is up this early on a Monday morning?

I am having my morning coffee so I thought I would write a quick post since I am at my desk anyways. I always have to have coffee in the morning first before I can do anything else. I don't wake up till I have my morning coffee even if morning is 12.00 pm. Does anyone feel the same way? I don't need food, just coffee!!!

I think today can be a fun day. I have to get dressed and ready after I finish my coffee and head out.

I have some stuff to do before 12.00 and then it's Hot Yoga time! Yeah!!! Time ti get fit for the fall.

That sounds good....Fit for Fall! This weeks it's going to be hot yoga Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Zumba Tuesday & Thursday, oh and the weekend off. I do really wanna try piloxing (Pilate's and boxing) I heard that you burn MAD calories but I am not sure if it's offered in Montreal yet. Does anyone know?

Although I have been going to yoga a lot lately I would still consider myself a beginner and the little cartoon below demonstrates how I can look sometimes in class. Hi hi.... but I do try really hard to get the poses right and I am pretty sure I am getting better and better.

OMG, I hope the "red underwear guy" is not there today...yikes....

There is this guy that wears red,Uber tight, silky underwear when he comes to yoga and some how he always ends up right in front of my friend...lol.....it drives her CRAZY!

Seriously this shouldn't be aloud!!!!

Todays Hot Yoga Outfit

It was gloomy,rainy and windy outside today so I decided to dress in some bright colors.

Since it was raining outside but it wasn't really cold I figured my best shoe option for today would be my pink jelly Fendi shoes. They are perfect for this weather since they are made entirely of plastic so it doesn't matter if they get wet but I still look stylish in rainy weather.

My rainbow Ray-Ban's were a complete match for this outfit.

A couple of times a week I go for hot yoga, which guess what?

I LOVE!

Hot yoga means a lot of sweating and that means you need to have a lot of different outfits unless you want to do laundry every single time you go.

Who wants to do that? Not me!

Besides it's fun to have different outfits and change each time you go. Say Yeah for Hot STYLISH Yoga!

To have different outfits is truly a motivator for me and a reason to look forward to hot yoga, besides the fact that you get an great exercise out of it.
